A life long resident of Baton Rouge with over 20 years of expierence in the construction, Harwood Leonard's passion for superior craftsmanship shines through.  Harwood grew up in the real estate and construction businesses.   From checking the jobsite with his Dad as a child, starting his first construction job at the age of 13, to starting his own construction company in 1999, Harwood has been immersed in the building business all his life.  He knows every aspect of the building process first hand.  Over the last several decades, Harwood has learned the fundamentals of value and ensures the highest quality in every project.  When you hire FHL Construction & Development, you get Harwood Leonard every step of the way.
